Working with Rob & Bigs Moving was easy and very professional. I first talked with Rob who asked that I provide a list of items to be moved along with a pick up and drop off location. Once I sent over that information I worked with Kelsey who provided the pricing, scheduled the date, and coordinated the move. The two movers Tom and Connor were terrific. I really can't say enough about how well this company handled the move. I truly appreciate it and when I need my items to be moved later this year I will be contacting them to coordinate that move. Rob and Big's moving company moved a truck load of heavy furniture for my sister yesterday. They moved it from Canadian Lakes to East Tawas. They worked so hard and were so accommodating and pleasant. And the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend them.

They arrived on time and carefully loaded my possessions. They disassembled and reassembled queen and trundle beds and a desk. At the new location, they moved a washer/dryer combo and a huge dresser in from the garage. They were careful moving things in so they wouldn't damage walls or doors or my things. They worked very well together. The price was reasonable and what I expected. I would definitely use them again.

My best friend needed my help moving into her new apartment, but I live in Florida and she lives in Gladwin, Michigan. I reached out to Rob and Bigs moving and he called me back in less than a half hour. I asked if he could move her that day and was very surprised when he called back after looking into it and said that he could!! I had called a few other movers but Rob and Bigs had the best prices. Not only did he move her THAT day, he didn't overcharge me for doing so!! Rob was easy to talk to, respectful, and efficient! My friend said they were quick, helpful and just amazing people. Rob and his helper arrived on time, and had estimated the job would take 4 hours, which it did, but they never slacked, went straight to work as soon as I signed the contract. They were pleasant and very courteous to me and my family. It was well worth the money, since we couldn't have done it, due to our disabilities. Oh, yeah, they worked in the pouring rain from beginning to end without stop.

These guys are amazing! They showed up on time and got right to work. They wrapped up all our custom made furniture, worked quickly & efficiently, in 96° heat. All our furniture and totes went into storage, but we'll be calling on them again in September to move into our new residence. Well done guys!

I called Rob&Big's on a Friday, didn't leave a message because I was overwhelmed about moving and just trying to make a bunch of calls. Rob called back in less than an hour. My family had a few larger items in our cottage in Prescott we needed moved, but the real issue was a very old, very heavy family bell. The cottage selling was going very quickly and the idea of how we were going to be moving that bell was making me panic. On Friday we made plans and by Tuesday the bell was safe at home, two hours away, with only a couple of minor issues. Considering how awkward it was to move a 300-400lb bell I was happy as could be to get it home safe! I was extremely happy with not only the price, but the time frame everything was done in. I'm 2hrs away from this company and they will forever be my go-to after this!

We are so thankful for Rob and his crew they were accommodating with a last minute need to have things moved from in the house to a tent outside for an estate sale/business closing. Rob and Big's Moving Company was a great choice to move across town. Rob, Tom & Sean arrived on time and after a quick tour of the house and outbuildings they got to work loading the truck. The loading went very smooth and they were finished loading the truck in less time than Rob had estimated. My old driveway is 200 yards of very rough dirt, I noticed how careful Rob was navigating the ruts on the way out. After we arrived at the new house I had the Mrs. tell the crew where she wanted everything and they were done unloading in short order. Rob and Big's is well worth the call! I feel his rates are very reasonable and Rob is an honest businessman. He had quoted an estimate for the move and when they were done in about an hour or more ahead of schedule he adjusted the final bill.
